Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Dieseltoolworkshop ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing and using the Dieseltoolworkshop website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
License and Use Restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not use the Service:

- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent

Enrollment and Course Terms
Upon enrollment in any course or program offered by Dieseltoolworkshop:
- You agree to provide accurate and complete enrollment information
- Course fees are non-refundable unless cancelled within 7 days of enrollment
- You may pause your enrollment for up to 8 weeks per calendar year
- Program switching is permitted with written notice to the Company
- Class attendance and participation are expected for optimal learning outcomes
- Course materials and recordings are for personal educational use only
Payment Terms
All course fees and tuition must be paid in full before course commencement unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. Accepted payment methods are clearly displayed during the enrollment process. Late payments may result in course access being suspended. All prices are in Japanese Yen (¥) unless otherwise specified.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Dieseltoolworkshop, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.
Student Conduct and Classroom Policies
Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct during all classes and interactions with instructors and fellow students. We reserve the right to remove any student from a course for:
- Disruptive or disrespectful behavior
- Harassment of instructors or other students
- Violation of class policies or academic dishonesty
- Failure to comply with payment obligations
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Dieseltoolworkshop makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Company does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from course participation.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Dieseltoolworkshop, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dieseltoolworkshop and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate any provision of these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful or unlawful. Upon termination, all rights granted to you terminate, and you must delete any downloaded or printed materials.
Modification of Terms
Dieseltoolworkshop reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any such modification constitutes your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in Tokyo, Japan.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dieseltoolworkshop regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings.
