We are a team of passionate educators and language specialists based in Tokyo, dedicated to making Japanese education accessible and effective for learners worldwide.

Dieseltoolworkshop was founded in 2018 with a single purpose: to bridge the gap between international learners and the rich educational culture of Japan. Our approach is rooted in kaizen — the Japanese philosophy of continuous, incremental improvement applied to language learning.
We believe that structured, consistent effort combined with expert guidance produces extraordinary results. Every curriculum decision we make is backed by research and refined through years of student feedback.
Expert Instructors With Real-World Japan Experience
Our teaching team consists of 12 qualified instructors — both native Japanese speakers and internationally certified language educators — who have lived, worked, and studied in Japan. Each instructor brings a unique perspective and specialisation, from JLPT examination coaching to university application preparation and business communication.
Beyond credentials, our instructors are chosen for their ability to inspire and adapt — meeting every student exactly where they are and helping them move steadily forward.
